In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on tos88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You must be an individual person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on tos88 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must be the rightful owner or an authorized user of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw funds on the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued prohibited persons register that applies to your jurisdiction.

tos88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money products on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold exactly one (1) active account on tos88. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account verification: tos88 will send a verification code to your registered mobile number or email address. You must complete verification before accessing deposit and withdrawal functionality.
• Third-party accounts: You may not create an account on behalf of another person, share your account credentials with any third party, or allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Minors: If tos88 determines that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tos88 account credentials, including your username and password. tos88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other individual under any circumstances.
• You must not access your tos88 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices without logging out completely at the end of the session.
• All activity conducted under your account credentials — including all bets placed and all deposits made — is your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized the activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must contact tos88 customer support immediately via live chat to initiate a security review and mandatory password reset.

tos88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without notice.

• Processing time: Deposits via all supported channels are credited to your tos88 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own. tos88 does not accept deposits sourced from third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to others, or funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• No currency conversion fees: All deposits are received and held in IDR. tos88 does not apply any exchange-rate markup or currency conversion fee to deposits.
• Deposit limits: tos88 offers voluntary deposit limits as part of its Responsible Gaming framework. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 10 minutes of a confirmed payment on your side, contact tos88 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first is resolved.

Withdrawals from your tos88 Real Money Balance are processed to your verified payment method during business hours (WIB, Monday through Saturday). The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC prerequisite: Your first withdrawal request will only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. See Section 3 for details.
• Matched payment method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method (bank account or e-wallet) used for the corresponding deposit. tos88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously linked to your account.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed the same business day when submitted before the daily cutoff time (displayed in the cashier). Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay may process faster.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Pending wagers: Funds that form part of an active, unsettled bet cannot be withdrawn until the relevant event is settled and the wager is resolved. Only the settled Real Money Balance is available for withdrawal at any given time.
• Bonus funds: Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting winnings convert to Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal subject to the limits stated in the relevant promotion.

tos88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. • Wagering requirements: Every bonus offer carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement must be completed on qualifying games before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Exact contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Prohibited promotion stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer, bonuses may not be combined or stacked. Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time.

All bets placed on the tos88 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook bet settlement rules, casino game rules) are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation on screen, and the relevant amount has been deducted from your account balance. tos88 is not obligated to accept any bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed within each game or market. These limits may vary by product, event, and player account status.
• Obvious errors: tos88 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds or game parameters that were published due to a manifest error, technical fault, or software malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets on the tos88 sportsbook are subject to brief acceptance delays to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. tos88 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or limit in-play betting markets at its discretion.
• Currency: All bets are placed in IDR. The Platform does not accept wagers in any other currency.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tos88 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using fabricated or borrowed personal details.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI agents, or any other software tool to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegitimate sources or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Players who discover such an error must report it to tos88 support immediately and must not continue placing bets that exploit the error.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility rules.

All content on the tos88 Platform — including but not limited to the tos88 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tos88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tos88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tos88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from account security breaches caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses arising from technical errors, system downtime, or interrupted internet connectivity during an active gaming session.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that was subject to a manifest error or technical fault.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tos88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tos88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized payment use.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming program.
• A legal order or directive from a competent authority requiring account suspension or data disclosure.
• Death of the account holder — estates should contact tos88 support with appropriate documentation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tos88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your linked payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist.

tos88 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Session time limits: Receive automated reminders or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Players in Indonesia are entitled to the consumer protections afforded by applicable Indonesian law to the extent those protections cannot be contractually waived.

tos88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the tos88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
